In an emergency, a simple press of a button can send family members, friends, or rescue personnel within moments. The operator will then stay in contact until help arrives to make sure you get the help you need.

  1. Medical Alert System remains the property of FailSafe Security indefinitely. FailSafe Security will replace faulty Medical Alert/PERS equipment at no charge to the customer*. 

  2. Medical Alert system equipment must be returned to FailSafe Security or its partners (Fulton Telephone Company) within 30 days of disconnect to avoid a $300 charge.

  3. FailSafe Security and its partners (Fulton Telephone Company) will not be held liable for any loss or damage to life or property under system.

*Medical Alert Systems include a lifetime guarantee and will be replaced by FailSafe Security in the event of failure/faulty equipment. Any equipment damaged as a result of negligence by the customer will result in a charge to the customer for the full amount of the equipment.
