We have had service with FTC since we have been in business. As the demands for the internet, fax, phone, and security have increased, FTC has been able to keep us up to date with current conditions. With our business being a funeral industry, we depend highly on our phone - nothing happens here without getting a phone call. The importance of our service being maintained is imperative to our business. In the event of an issue the staff is friendly and has always been able to service our needs the same day.

Since we converted to fiber, we have noticed our service is more reliable and have a huge jump in speed. On a large scale we host our own email server, conduct video conferencing, download plans and drawings. Over time these files have continuously gotten larger, so we needed a system to support those changes. Previously with DSL service, it took a while to download these large files. FTC Fiber put us where we needed to be and has increased our turnaround time. We have been very satisfied with our service! Kevin and Michael have always been able to handle any problem quickly. They have been great!

With the power blinking this morning it caused my “own personal” modem to lose connectivity to the internet! I messaged Fulton Telephone Company several times trying to figure out how to fix without actually just asking since it is my modem! Well I threw in the towel and and gave up nothing I did worked! They were very nice and very patient with me and helped fix the problem! Any time I have had problems (which isn’t often) they are very helpful and patient with me!!! Thanks guys so much!!!
